Lync Server 2013 Troubleshooting: Event ID 61037- LS MCU Infrastructure

Lync 2013 Errors:

On your Lync 2013 Server you might see multiple errors logged with the following event IDs:

  • 61037
  • 61043
  • 61039
  • 61035

If you notice, all four errors are pointing to the Frontend Service on the Lync Server. A quick check on the servers revealed that all of them had not started the Frontend Service automatically. Once the FE service is started these errors will not be logged again.
