Sync center is a feature of Windows that allows you to keep information in sync between your computer and: Files stored in folders on network servers. These are called offline files because you can access them even when your computer or the server is not connected to the network.

The following steps are designed to navigate a user through the process of syncing documents using Sync Center.

Process:

Step 1) Open Sync Center

1)    Go to Start and click on Control Panel

2)    From there click Sync Center

Step 2) Manually Sync

1)      Ensure View sync partnerships is chosen

2)      Click the Sync All button on Sync Center

3)      Wait for Sync Center to Complete
