Event ID:32315
Hyper-V failed to replicate changes for virtual machine <VMName> (Virtual Machine ID <VM Id>). Hyper-V will retry replication after 'x' minute(s).

Hyper-V  could not replicate changes for virtual machine <VM Name>: The operation timed out (0x00002EE2). (Virtual Machine ID <VM Id>)

Possible Causes:

1. DNS resolution of recovery server fails
2. Temporary network problem causing destination server not reachable
3. Replication is in progress- Recovery Server Reboots

Resolution:

1. a. Check the validity of the Recovery server name with the recovery admin.
    b. Flush the DNS entries
2. Edit the replication relationship with the new recovery server or take corrective action to fix the network. Check the authentication scheme on both sides and correct if there is any mismatch.
3. Resume replication after restart of the server.
