The SMB Witness service should be set to start on demand

The SMB Witness service is not set to start on demand.

Impact

If the Witness service does not start on demand (or automatically), client computers will not be able to register for notification of failover cluster events, which may increase the time it takes for client computer to reconnect after a failover event.

Resolution

Set The SMB Witness service to start on demand.
