Troubleshooting FIM 2010 BHOLD: Access Management Connector export fails with "extensible-extension-error"

Issue

Users are provisioned to BHOLD Access Management Connector Space successfully, but export fails on a per-object basis.

The extensible extension returned an unsupported error.

The stack trace is:   "Microsoft.MetadirectoryServices.ExtensibleExtensionException: The anchor attributes were not set in export entry.Forefront Identity Manager 4.1.3419.0"

Cause

 Attributes required for exporting the user object to BHOLD were missing.  

Resolution

 Configure the Access Management to include Export Attribute Flows for the following attributes below.  Note the pending export user must have values present for these attributes.

  • bholdLastName
  • bholdFirstName
  • bholdDomain
  • bholdDefAlias
  • OrganizationalUnit
  • bholdDescription
