Causes

This event indicates that the worker process for the indicated Exchange database was successfully started.  When the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service starts on an Exchange server, this event will be logged for each database that is hosted on that Exchange server.

Resolutions

This is an information event that can safely be ignored.
