Hyper-V: Troubleshooting Enabling Hyper-V on DC7900 Bluescreen or Locks

Users of some HP computers have had bluescreen or locking issues after making the required BIOS changes to enable the Hyper-V role. Sometimes the error message seen is "the processor on this computer is not compatible."
