Exchange Server 2013: Move Mailbox in Using CSV (Part 2)

Let's explore the Local Mailbox Migration using CSV.

Figure 1: Option to select

Under Recipients > Mailboxes select “…” and Select “Export data to a CSV file”.

In figure 2 select the option what you want. We have selected the default one.

Figure 3: Exported Data

In figure 3 the exported data is available in CSV format. Modify as per your requirement. We would be removing Administrator mailbox from the list.

Figure 4: Migration

In figure 4 Under Recipients > Migration Select  “+” and Select “Move to a different database”.

In figure 6 you will get an error as above. Modify the CSV file as shown below.
