Issue

The WinTarget service Startup Type is not set to Automatic.

 

Impact

Upon a restart, the WinTarget service will not automatically start. Therefore, iSCSI clients will be unable to connect.

 

Resolution

Set the WinTarget service Startup Type to Automatic.
