Hyper-V: Second-level address translation is required when running virtual machines enabled for RemoteFX

Issue

Virtual machines enabled with a RemoteFX 3D video adapter require a physical computer with a processor that supports second level address translation (SLAT).

Impact

Microsoft does not support the use of RemoteFX on a server with processors that do not provide SLAT.

Resolution

Move the RemoteFX-enabled virtual machines to a physical computer that has processors with SLAT.
