You may use the following product key to activate your evaluation copy of Microsoft Project Professional 2010 when prompted during installation.
1 Install MS Project
After downloading the iso file, execute this on the SharePoint Server..

You can install first the prerequisites, but they are the same as SharePoint Server prerequisites, but to be sure, execute it.

You can get this kind of error if you try to install a trial version MS Project on a valid license SharePoint Server..

When MS Project accepts the trial key, check the "I accept the terms of this agreement" and click "Continue"

You should, I think choose for a different store location, but I could not, so just click on "Install Now"

2 Configuration MS Project on SharePoint
Now we are going to configure our install on SharePoint. Therefore you need to go Services on Server at the Central Administration.
Be aware and sure that the Project Application Service is started.

The second step is to create a Service Application "Project Server Service Application"

Fill the following:
Project Web App service application name: | GokMania - MS Project ServiceApp |
Application pool name: | AppPool_MsProject |
Managed Account: | GokMania\svcAppAcc_SPProject |

Your Service Application will be created. Click on it, and now we are going to configure it.
