In the last month or so my focus has shifted along with the shifting of the company. I have been focused heavily on Azure and the clouds services provided. Windows Azure provides several cloud services from Active Directory, Web Servers, Worker Services, SQL, Azure Storage, Mobile Services, and much much more. What is even better is many of these services are free up to some usage point. For example the Mobile Services has a free option which provides a back-end infrastructure to build platform independent REST based services including a database to store the information all for free up to the first 20MB of data and several thousand calls to the services you have built. With all these new services available it is sometimes difficult to ramp up and build skills with all these new an exciting opportunities.
