Update to the Digital Cockpit Project.

Well, I just posted another picture of my Digital Cockpit Project: https://www.wjsteele.com/images/efis.jpg.  This one shows the new modern looking display.  (This is a first generation of it, the later version isn't running on my hardware, just in VS.NET, but I'll soon have it debugged and running as well.)

Anyway, I posted this because a ton of people wanted me too... so here it is.  You can see the rest of it at my website: https://www.wjsteele.com/cockpit.htm.

Next week, I'll reorganize this website so that it looks good, but for now, I'm coding. ;-)

Cheers!  -Bill

Well... actually, the 6pack display was just a proof of concept. I'm actually building it with a modern EFIS display using a lot of the concepts that NASA and SATS developed. Reducing the pilot workload is the first order of business.

The lower images are of the most recient versions. Now... the 6pack display will still be available, but it is for the "traditional" pilot who hasn't been trained on the new symbology.
