How long Windows Store apps takes for certification

This one is very commonly asked question. How long it takes Microsoft to certify my application?

So it is around 8-9 days. Not bad!!!

    Think there's a chance of it going faster?  I submitted my app yesterday, after making sure I passed the Certification kit, and that I have a privacy policy link both in the Settings charm in my app and on the submission page.  My app is currently in the "Content Compliance" stage.  I'm praying that it gets approved before midnight on the 26th - I am so earnestly hoping I can qualify for the Great Slate Giveaway through Generation App.
