App Studio Update 6-10-2014

Windows App Studio was updated this morning with a fresh release and brought with it some great new features such as:

  • Screenshot creator (only for Publish Packages)
  • New Generation Options
  • New Layout for List Pages
  • New Youtube Configuration with the ability to tag by Playlist
  • A new and Improved About Page
  • Better XAML in Universal apps
  • Various other minor Bug Fixes

    Still they haven't fix the QR code to be visible after the Publish procedure for wp8.1 to make our life more easier.

    Hi I am facing few issues with new "A new and Improved About Page" which are as follows:

  1. Text is too small on the about page. Text is not visible on "Nokia Lumia 520" device.
  2. HTML tags are not working now. Earlier I was using <a href="mailto:abc@live.com">Click For Feedback</a>, Which is not working now. Please can you handle these issues too. Regards.
