The latest and greatest in retail technologies were on display in New York City this week at “retail’s big show,” the National Retail Federation’s (NRF’s) Annual Convention & EXPO. We’re excited to share the news that our partner, Bluebird, has built two great new devices built on Microsoft’s Windows Embedded 8 Handheld platform.
Windows Embedded 8 Handheld is the next generation of Microsoft’s leading platform for line-of-business handheld devices. The first-ever devices to be based on that platform, Bluebird’s BM180 and the ultra-ruggedized BM30 aim to be the best in the data capture and payment market place.
