June 14th Day of Caring – Camp Jubilee

The day of caring started with a typical Vancouver morning …
DSCN1341 … but as we drove to  Deep Cove and while we enjoyed the 30min boat ride to Camp Jubilee, the weather turned for the better. What followed was tough “labour” repairing and building new benches, canoe rack, move camp fire and stage and finally an attempt to level the sheer impossible archery site. The lunch was StarStarStarStarStar, the company StarStarStarStarStar and from a Vancouver Development Centre this was probably the best day of caring event ever!

    Do you know what the name/type of building that structure is across the water? Looks kinda like an Insane Asylum
