Top Contributors Awards! SharePoint 2013, BizTalk, eDiscovery, Sketetons and Gurus!

Welcome back for another analysis of contributions to TechNet Wiki over the last week.

First up, the weekly leader board snapshot...

Some truly monster scores leading the charts this week. Maheshkumar and Peter battling it out for the lead! With Carsten and Naomi also in triple figures again!

As always, here are the results of another weekly crawl over the updated articles feed.

Most Revisions Award  Who has made the most individual revisions

#1 Maheshkumar S Tiwari with 666 revisions over 468 articles. No joke, the crawler says 666... wow... and woer...

#2 Ed Price - MSFT with 142 revisions over 47 articles. Welcome back to the leader board Ed!

#3 Naomi N with 140 revisions over 62 articles. Good performance as always Naomi.

Most Articles Updated Award   Who has updated the most articles

Slightly different line-up this week, than the award above...

#1 Maheshkumar S Tiwari with 468 articles...!!!

#2 Naomi N with 62 articles.

#3 Ed Price - MSFT with 47 articles.

Most Updated Article Award  Largest amount of updated content in a single article

The article to have the most change this week was SharePoint 2013 : Installer un serveur en mode ferme (fr-FR) by Benoit Jester.

Richard Mueller tweaked this excellent French article on how to install SharePoint Server 2013 in farm mode.

Longest Article Award   Biggest article updated this week

This week's largest document to get some attention is Developing Integration Solutions Using BizTalk Server 2009 and Team Foundation Server by Trace Young.

Again it was Richard Mueller who tweaked it this week, but just look at the table of contents for this article...

Most Revised Article Award   Article with the most revisions in a week

This week's most fiddled with article is new arrival eDiscovery FAQ, by Toni Saddler-French_MSFT which is "the process used by organizations to find, preserve, analyze, and package electronic content (often referred to as electronically stored information or ESI) for a legal request or investigation.".

Smallest Significant Edit Award  Size isn't everything! Every edit counts.

Ignoring the addition of tags, this week's smallest but valuable tweak was to Default Skeleton Server Services by Maheshkumar S Tiwari.

Just one of his many, many edits this week, but rightfully highlighted, as adding the en-US tag and minor formatting is just what we need to keep this boat afloat.

Thank you for all your hard work again this week Maheshkumar!

Most Popular Article Award  Collaboration is the name of the game!

The article to be updated by the most people this week is TechNet Guru Contributions for September 2013 by me.

As another month kicks off, we see yet again some sensational contributions from the glitterati of the programming community.

We are just gathering the last few votes for August and hope to announce the results very soon. Stay tuned!

This week saw one of the biggest number of articles updated ever!

Congratulations to everyone who has worked on the wiki this week, especially new golden boy Maheshkumar!

Best regards,
Pete Laker

Question about the longest article award. Is it based on the TOC or total number of words only? I recently added a long article which also includes over 90 images and 8 videos made by me. Are those taken in account when judging which article is the longest? This article is listed in SharePoint 2010/2013 in the TechNet Guru Contributions for September 2013. Thanks.

I measure length by the amount of overall HTML within the body of the article. So toc length and image size don't really come into it. Regards, Pete

Great way to judge the content quantity of the article. Another question - Are the SharePoint winners recognized in any form or fashion during the SharePoint conference?
