Welcome to the Visual Studio Tools for Office, Version 2.0 blog. In the days, weeks, and months ahead, I and my fellow team members will use this blog to introduce you to our upcoming Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System, Version 2.0 product, scheduled to be released during the Microsoft Visual Studio code name "Whidbey" product time frame. In this blog we'll help prepare you to understand the new terminology, new solution architecture, and new features that we're enabling to make your Microsoft Office Word 2003 and Microsoft Office Excel 2003 solutions easier to develop with lots of great new features.
