Microsoft Learning had made improvements to the customer support experience for the start of the Fall 2010 academic period. We have worked to provide an excellent experience when you call or email us in regards to questions/challenges you are experiencing with MOAC Labs Online. Before you call or email, please do the following to help us expedite the handling of your support ticket:

1. Contacting Support- Please email MOAC Labs Online Support and/or call us at 1-877-450-9875. Please do not use any other phone number or email address for support. That will only slow the response.

2. Please be prepared with the following before you call- What course and lab you are calling about, any screenshots of the issue, steps you took which caused the issue, and the results of this test. Having this information will help to expedite the process.

3. Please follow up if requested- If your support request is not resolved on the first call, please make sure to follow up with any requested information or meetings if they agreed upon.
