I was taking my weekly look at Microsoft Downloads for any new CRM-related stuff, and found that we have just posted a brand new article on how to set up delegation in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 environment when CRM, SQL & Reporting Services are installed on various combinations of servers.
