Code for PreviewHandlerAssociationEditor

I've had several requests for the code for the PreviewHandlerAssociationEditor tool I put up a few weeks back to accompany my MSDN Magazine article on preview handlers.  I've updated the download to include the source for the project.  Enjoy!

    I wanted to ask about this but didn't know where.  Raymond mentioned about not creating shell extensions in managed code but your example went and did so anyway.  Did you see his reasons for not doing this?
