OT: Even a 4 year old can find a product bug
Look Dad, there’s three of you
Working from home means the kids come in the office at times and during the winter break my 4 year old wanted to sit on my lap as I worked. I was using the next version of Outlook when he made the above comment. It took me a minute to even figure out what he was talking about but sure enough the way the client worked in these early builds there were 3 pictures of me.
I submitted feedback on the experience noting that my son was the one that caught it and a few days later it was acknowledged and tracked for the next milestone.
One danger in working with early builds is that mindset of ignoring an experience because you know its beta which goes to show why a set of fresh eyes can be so helpful.

Until there is a public beta for Office you can't get it (or your company participates in one of the beta programs).Anonymous
