SQL MCM Profile: Fabricio Catae

Continuing with our SQL MCM Profile series, meet Fabricio Catae:

Fabricio Catae (Twitter | Blog), Sr. Premier Field Engineer, Microsoft. Fabricio Catae has been working with Microsoft enterprise customers throughout Latin America for the past 10 years. His key focus areas are database performance, scalability and high availability for mission critical applications. In his current role, Fabricio is a Dedicated Support Engineer for a large financial institution and works with SQL Server projects that require high transactional volume. Before joining Microsoft he was a C++ developer at a Microsoft partner, and he still carries the passion for development today.

Fabricio also helped out with the recent MCM re-launch activities and I can say firsthand that he is both incredibly smart and also humble – always a great combination.
