Do Agile conferences have schedules?
Most of our development team was out at Agile 2006 last week - with the exception of Chris Tavares who was heads down with us getting our Service Factory out the door. It sounds like the conference went really well - although no one has been able to answer my question about how Agile conferences schedules change based on audience feedback. While you consider that thought - take a look at a couple of these blogs for more information on Agile 2006: Brad, Michael . . . .

Hi, Jason,
We actually had a conversation about this a few years ago. There was a sector of the planning group that wanted to have an entirely open space conference. We were worried that people would have a hard time justifying such a conference to their management, so we had to have a schedule of some sort.
But the open space was intended to provide for an emergent schedule at the conference, and it worked out pretty well for the first few conferences. As Brad said, it got pushed to the back a bit this year.
As for changing the schedule at the conference, there is a cost to changing the schedule at the conference, since people have put time in to prepare a presentation. To be fair to them, once accepted, then they're in.
