Docs.com - Why Aren't You Using This App?

Docs.com is a beta application from Microsoft FUSE Labs that allows you to discover, create and share documents with your friends, co-workers, and classmates on Facebook.  It leverages Office Web Apps which is available for free to anyone with a Windows Live ID - sign up here.  Learn more about Windows Live at https://explore.live.com.

It's so simple to get started.  Just logon to your Facebook account and then in a separate browser tab navigate to Docs.com and sign in using the Facebook Connect (fConnect) button.  To add a document, just click the drop down menu for 'Add a Doc'.  As with Facebook, you can control who can see and access the documents you share using this application.  It really doesn't get any easier than that.
