We found that after applying this hotfix, the permissions on our AGPM Archive had been modified and the service account that we had set up no longer had permissions. This happened on 3 AGPM servers in 3 forests, so not just an isolated incident. In all cases the archive had been redirected onto an iSCSI LUN - not sure if this is relevant or not.

Re-adding the service account with Full Control permissions back to the archive solves the problem.

I just checked in my lab and indeed the service account was removed from the archive folder. Thanks for the tip I'll report this.
