Get yer VC++ Accelerator Tour Materials!

A couple of weeks ago I blogged about a Visual C++ Accelerator Lab event here in Redmond. If you'd like to get your hands on the slide deck for the presentations as well as enjoy one stop shopping for interesting VC++ 2005 resources, look no further. Note that the slide deck was intended for for presentation by the VC++ team, so you may find a bullet point (or two. or three.) cryptic as you read through it, but all-in-all it's a good overview of key VC++ 2005 features and benefits. And, hey, you get what you pay for. :)

By the way, I'm currently kicking around the idea of putting on another couple of Visual C++ Accelerator Tour events this year, probably in North America. These 2-day events are targeted toward ISVs with a substantial investment in Visual C++ that wish to get a jump start on migrating to VC++ 2005. If you might be interested in attending an event like this, drop me a line.

    Is Vancouver, Canada on your list and can an independent developer take advantage of this?

    The VC++ Accelerator Tour events primarily target established ISVs currently selling VC++-developed shrinkwrap or vertical market software. We probably wouldn't organize an event of this kind in Vancouver because of its relatively close proximity to Redmond.
