Reach your fitness goals
Is your gym as crowded as mine? Sure is great to see lots of motivated folks who are trying to repair the damage of holiday cookies and get in shape! I don't know about you, but I write everything down - calories consumed, exercises completed, workout routines, etc. Seeing these on paper keeps me accountable.
Here are some fitness templates to help you get started and achieve your goals. My personal favorites are the fitness log and daily nutrition log. Happy workout!

A training log is in deed one of the most important tools to keep track of the weights used, rest times, sets and reps. Without it i would be lost!Anonymous

Thanks for the daily nutrition log template, I found it very informative as I have been researching a lot lately on practical matters such as you talk about...
