Interested in Most Common SfB questions and resources?
Speaking to 100's of different organisations over the course of a year I've started to build up a library of the most common questions that get asked. Sometimes the questions can be answered in multiple ways so we use a lot of resources that are already available on the internet, but not always easy to find!
We sometimes respond in this way to provide a static link for organisations to look back on and a resource that will be updated through the course of time. We know that our customers are busy so once they have chance to reflect or action the task we don't want to provide out-of-date info.
As technical specialists we response by providing a high level summary of the questions and outcomes that were requested, along with a brief description of what the link we sent actually is. As we don't want customers having to trawl through a variety of different links to find the right information.
Here's just some of the most common questions and links (I'll update periodically)
