Check out Scott's post  regarding the Biztalk 2004 WSE Adapter technology preview. You can read all about it as well as how to get the tech preview on his blog. I'll repost the instructions on how to get it here:

How do I get it?

1. Point your browser to: https://beta.microsoft.com

2. Sign-in with your .NET Passport

3. Click the Sign-in as Guest link

4. Use the Guest ID WSEAdapter (case sensitive)

5. Enter the BizTalk Server Adapter for WSE 2.0 program and follow the instructions. You will receive an email on your .NET passport account within 72 hours (probably more like within 24 hours) with the download instructions.
