FIM: Installation Hot Fix Update Rolls Back Without Warning or Error(Updated)

Issue I ran into with the deployment of the SharePoint WSP. I recently updated steps we took to resolve the deployment. This was an issue from upgrade from FIM 2010 to FIM 2010 R2.
