Issues with MSDN Home page - Mitigated

We have experienced an issue with MSDN Home page between Wednesday, Nov 4th 2015 10:42 AM UTC to Nov 4th 5:36 PM UTC.  The issue has since been mitigated by DevOps teams, and are actively investigating to prevent any recurrence.
