Great, but is there a list somewhere that details what has been fixed/changed?

Yes - the KB articles corresponding to the various patches e.g. 982524 has the relevant information. For example, KB982524 has this information in the summary section at the very top: "If you run partial-trust Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) XAML browser applications (XBAPs) in the Mozilla Firefox browser, this update rollup disables the Web Browser ActiveX control (WebOC) in the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SP2."
