My old house is back up for sale!

Yes, it is back up on the market. Turns out I had two potential buyers bow out mid-way through the deal. Which was really annoying. The main complaint was the wear and cat smell on the carpet. So guess way, the townhouse now has a brand spaking new carpet :)

My agent will be holding an open house this Saterday (01/27/07) from 1-4pm....
