Master Data Management

No, this is not someone who has a black belt in data management...

Recently, I've been heads down with several POCs, all involving business intelligence tools.  During a conversation with a customer, the topic of Master Data Management came up and they wanted my opinion.  Well, my initial reaction was, what?, but obviously to maintain the illusion of my brilliant intellect, I had to change the subject...then I figured I had to get educated.
