Still lotus notes customer???

As a direct result of working with DPE, Proposion (ISV for Lotus Notes related technologies www.proposion.com ) has announced two new products.

This product reads Notes databases that are derived from standard Lotus templates and migrates them to SharePoint. For example Discussions, Document Libraries, Address books, and Journals can be migrated simply. The way it works is to read the structure and data found in a Notes database, cast the non-structured data, and generates an XML file that is then imported into any SharePoint site.   

Proposion’s Portal Migrator (name could still change) will ship in August of this year.

Proposion Portal Adapter is a collection of web parts that provide client UI for a Lotus Domino server. This replaces much of the functionality of the Lotus Notes client. Notes E-Mail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, and Journals can be accessed through SharePoint as well as a Notes client. The data still lives on the Domino server. This is schedule to ship in September this year.
