Free Inbound Traffic for all Windows Azure Customers starting July 1st, 2011

Most Excellent news! Starting July 1st 2011, Azure inbound traffic to our customers is Free!

Quoting the Windows Azure Blog Post: “…For billing periods that begin on or after July 1, 2011, all inbound data transfers for both peak and off-peak times will be free.”

    Since SQL Azure is a subset of Windows Azure Platform, do we assume that using bcp, SSMAs, SSIS to migrate on-premise database to the cloud is ALSO FREE?
