Can you do this? Schedule a conference right from your calendar

Yesterday we covered an impromptu meeting, today you can see how easy it is to schedule a more structured meeting.  No passcodes, no having to manually paste phone numbers, and most importantly one scheduler to cover voice, video and data collaboration.  All in the same time it takes you to schedule a normal Outlook meeting.
