I'mmmmmmm BACK!

Sorry I've been quiet. I was out of town last week for a series of meetings. From sun up until late into the night, my every waking thought, my every action, my every word was focused with laser like clarity on one goal; my mission was simply to determine: "What can I do to bring Microsoft to you, the IT Pro, and make our meeting the most beneficial, the most engaging and the most productive it can be... for you?"

I was not alone in this labor. I was joined by over a hundred of the hardest working folks I know. Every one passionately dedicated to the enjoyable task of actively engaging with our customers. The end result of all our blood, our sweat, our tears? We are pulling out the stops in the next year! You are going to see great events coming to your town. We've taken your feedback on making our events better and we are implementing many of your suggestions.

We're realigning our priorities and individual team missions to better serve our customers, we're experimenting with new media outlets and new technology to keep ahead of the curve and reach out to you in new and simplified ways, ultimately making more resources, more guidance and more support options available to you----making your life easier.
