HTML5 features, browsers, prototypes
In case you were out on vacation or enjoying the holidays, late last month there were two very interesting blog posts that I think are worth following.
The first one is on Interoperability @ Microsoft, Prototyping Early W3C HTML5 Specifications. This is very cool, as both WebSockets and IndexedDB can be used for all sorts of things, from simplifying sites to making them faster to allowing new experiences.
The second one is on the ieblog, HTML5, Site-Ready and Experimental. This puts the prototypes in context and talks a bit about the different ways to view how features and capabilities are introduced to browsers, and outlines how the Internet Explorer teams thinks about them.
