don’t you love the Variable Video features that Disney used in their Flash video? Wish we could do that.

    interesting effect, looks like they'd pre process the customized parts and splice it into the stream when requested. That's probably the reason why the 'video' has to be fully loaded before it can be played, cause the audio stream is probably on a seperate channel too. Interesting effect without a doubt though... but the fact that it just plays WITHOUT user intervention means it'll waste bandwidth of anyone who browse the page :P
