CRM++ Customizations

Let me throw a question...If your were to have one feature (in the customizations space) that you really really really like to see on the next version of MS CRM... what would it be?

    Filtered lookups (absolutely a must!!), editable grids (possibility to directly modify a record on the main grid of the record list). Little things that can improve productivity...

    -The ability to have a button to a new attribute window from within the Add Fields window. -All available formfields in a dropdown in the Javascript Event window, aka Invoke's Powertools. -Versioning/Check In system (could be resolved by blocking the entitywindow from opening after another user has it open already.)

    The ability to set recurring appointments (like you can in outlook)

    Field level security , we always need to show some customer data to a specific user/users only, i'd love to be able to do it without JS or custom entities

    Filtered Lookups would be nice but there is a solid solution that handles that.   We need to be able to get true dynamic picklists.(or at least the ability to update picklist values via code)  There are many times we have created entities with a lookup just to perform like a picklist.  This is becoming a really big issue on our current project where there is GP to CRM integration.  From what I know there is no supported way in code to add picklist items. Thanks,

    A must: record count in grids!!! If you do a advanced search what is the total count of the result. Or if you do a quick find: the total count.

    Thanks to all the people that have posted comments so far.  People from the product team (including me of course :) ) are watching and taking action... trust me.
