~ Karan Rustagi
As a cloud service, Windows Intune is updated on a regular basis, roughly every quarter. We have been updating Intune service to support all the new and exciting features in Windows Phone 10. Here are some of the links you may find useful if you have been testing Windows Phone 10 either with Intune or Configuration Manager.

Windows 10 Configuration service provider reference
A configuration service provider (CSP) is an interface to read, set, modify, or delete configuration settings on the device. These settings map to registry keys or files.

Want to allow or block built-in Windows Phone 10 app?
OMA-URI: ./Vendor/MSFT/PolicyManager/My/ApplicationManagement/ApplicationRestrictions
Note - The PolicyManager CSP is supported in Windows 10 Mobile for backward compatibility. For Windows 10 devices you should use Policy CSP, which replaces PolicyManager CSP. You can continue to use PolicyManager CSP for Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 GDR devices. The PolicyManager CSP will be deprecated some time in the future.
The following table lists the product ID and AUMID for each app that is included in Windows 10 Mobile. I have also attached a sample XML you can use in lab environment for testing purposes - Whitelist.xml.

AUMID for Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail are WRONG! They need an extra "!" (exclamation mark) between "8wekyb3d8bbwe" and "Microsoft" -> "8wekyb3d8bbwe!Microsoft". It is possible that AUMID for Settings App is wrong as well, same cause, though I did not test it.
