Ars Technica's Mac OS 10.4 Tiger Review

https://arstechnica.com/reviews/os/macosx-10.4.ars

This is really a fine piece of review.

I haven't read much about Mac OS X from a developer's prospective. From the review, Apple is doing some real good fundation work.

The CoreImage requires a Radeon 9700 or higher, but the Mac Minis have a 9200 so do you think the MacMinis will be updated at some point? Im holding out on buying one for now incase they are.

I wanted to get a mac mini to dev on but the UI is only 32bits and the other parts are 64bit, fat binaries and all that. Sounds messy.

Pitty, I think OS X is a great place to brush up on UI skills :D

The Mac Mini has a 32-bit processor anyways.
