OCS Ignite

I have just got back off the OCS ignite - it is a great piece of training and really gets anyone that needs to know this stuff up to speed quickly. I was lucky as I have been playing with the beta for sometime so I was familiar with a lot of the info. That said I still learnt a shed load of info about telephony.

This is part of the product I have not really delved into  - simply because it was something I have very little knowledge of and don't understand half the terminology. That said after Ignite I am happy to say that I can setup a Mediation server (the server that deals with voice out to the pbx ) and the basic gateway (which happened to be a Audiocodes one). Anyway the bottom line is that there is  something for everyone  on this training and you will get the chance to meet and talk to the guys who run the course.
