Update Rollup Deux - Is it that time already?

I can't believe anyone in our world hasn't heard about this already, but the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 2 is available now. There are so many considerations when deciding when to move to the next update. As an individual, you can pretty much do this on the fly. But for those mega corporations, especially if they have customized their implementation, this update needs to rolled out methodically.

Some of the considerations, but by no means all, might include:

  • Where you are in the business cycle
  • What new equipment you are rolling out
  • What your IT staff's vacation schedule is

So I invite you to look at the list of fixes that this update provide. This list is based on the communications with our customers and the CRM community. It is also based on changes to other programs and platforms that our product uses and lives in. As I see it, this rollup is further proof that we are committed to providing a diverse group of business and customers with the best product possible. We are listening to you.
