Now in Microsoft Outlook - FedEx

From the way cool department, every once in a while you see something that makes you think, "Wow, they really get it."  The Beyond | IT blog highlighted a portion of the BillG Keynote at the Office Developer's Conference last week. It was an integrated FedEx QuickShip toolbar for Microsoft Office Outlook.

Adding stuff you do all the time to one mondo app appeals to me. It's about simplicity. Typically one must launch yet another window to get to the window where you do your work. This reduces a number of steps.

So when does my Pizza gadget get installed to Outlook.  :o)

I'm listening to Dave Brubeck's Just You, Just Me .

But is this integrated into CRM, like ZFirm's solution, or is this a stand alone (relative to CRM). I like the idea too, but it would be excellent if a FedEx was logged automatically as a CRM letter activity... --MD

That probably could be done with some custom action.
