Microsoft Dynamics CRM - It's All About Performance Baby!

Having made the leap to locally available Verizon FiOS with speeds to the family computer of 15 ghz, I'm really loath to get on some of my family and  friends' computers. You very quickly become accustom to speed and performance. As the quasi-expert in my family I often get called upon to check out a home computer and network for speed and performance issues. The worst situation is when you try to help someone who doesn't even do the simple things on their equipment to keep it updated and functioning smoothly.
