I ran across this Healthcare CRM demonstration the other day and maybe because my wife is a RN it interested me.

In my experience with many health organizations I find myself providing the same patient information repeatedly. Many times this happens in one visit! Imagine how happy I would be not to have to carry a list of my meds around just to see my doctor for a routine visit.
